The More You Train—The More You Gain

People often say, “I’ve tried meditation and I can’t do it” usually because they had one lesson, didn’t have a chance to talk about what went “wrong,” and they give up.

One cannot learn to play the piano in one lesson – it takes teaching and practice to develop.

Likewise, meditation isn’t easy. Attending several classes provides participants the opportunity to develop and build their practice week after week.
