The Mindfulness Retreat led by Dr. Kathleen Feil was effective in making me aware of the busy-ness in my life. It is a relief to slow down and enjoy what is around me. I would recommend that retreat to anyone.
Trix | Retired Registered Nurse
I was confident that I was in the hands of someone both knowledgeable and experienced. Kathleen gave me the tools to deal with insomnia and anxiety. She guided us through mediation and taught us a new way to approach life.
Ardena | Retired Registered Nurse
Kathleen’s instruction and guidance was very effective with drawing my attention to the quiet awareness within, to the power of non thinking and of just being.
Jo Ann | Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
My job is stressful and using the skills I learned in class helped me to deal with every aspect of my day, I even have co-workers using some of the tools now!
Cathy | RN
I have incorporated yoga and mindfulness into my life and these tools have helped me manage my stress and brought about a calmness to my life that I have not felt in many years.
John | Recreation Therapist
